little mammal (Diane Kulju) is a solo art practice. These policies cover the art snail mail club sticker subscription and any other purchases made through this site.

the subscription

• The art snail mail club is a monthly subscription — $9.50 USD/month, billed automatically through Stripe.
• Each month includes one original die-cut sticker (from an original animal painting) and one postcard featuring an original abstract art piece.
• Cutoff to be included in a given month's mailing is the 15th of that month. Sign up after the 15th and you'll start with the following month.
• All mail ships at the end of the month, once that month's batch is complete.
• Mail is sent via standard postal mail with no tracking — this keeps costs (and the price) down. It should arrive within normal mail delivery times for your area.

cancellation

• You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of your current billing period.
• To cancel, use the link in your Stripe confirmation/receipt email, or email me directly and I'll cancel it for you.
• If you've already been charged for a given month, you'll still receive that month's mail — cancelling just stops future charges.
• No cancellation fees.

refunds

• Because each month's items are made and mailed in small batches after the 15th cutoff, charges are generally non-refundable once that month's cycle has started.
• If something arrives damaged or you never receive it, email me — I'll make it right (replacement or credit, case by case). Since mail isn't tracked, I can't confirm delivery on my end, so please reach out if it's been longer than a few weeks.
• If you're charged after cancelling, let me know and I'll refund that charge.

shipping

• Stickers and postcards are shipped via standard mail to the address you provide at checkout — please double-check it's correct, since undeliverable mail can't always be recovered.
• No tracking is provided on any mailing.
• If your address changes, email me before the next month's 15th cutoff so I can update it in time.

privacy

Payment and shipping information is collected and processed securely by Stripe — I don't store your card details myself, and Stripe is PCI-compliant, meeting industry security standards for handling payment data. I use the contact and shipping info you provide only to fulfill your subscription and respond to support requests. I don't sell or share your information with third parties beyond what's required to process payments and ship your order.
